Referral Giveaway — Official Rules

1) Organizer

The Giveaway is organized by Raphaël Laupies, [legal status], [address], France, registered under number [SIREN/SIRET] (the "Organizer"), publisher of the Gymbro app.

2) Purpose & duration

The Giveaway rewards users taking part in Gymbro's referral program. It runs from [start date] at [time] to [end date] at [time] (Paris time). Winners are selected on [selection date].

3) Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to any individual of legal age, or aged 16 and over with the consent of their legal guardian, holding a valid Gymbro account.
• It is open to residents of [territory — e.g. mainland France].
• Participation is strictly free and requires no purchase.
• Members of the Organizer's team and their close relatives are excluded.
• One entry per person (same identity, same account, same household).

4) How to enter

To enter, the user shares their referral link or code from the Gymbro app. Each referred person who creates a valid account through that link is counted. [Describe the exact mechanics: number of referrals required, ranking, or random draw among eligible participants.] Any incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant entry will be void.

5) Winner selection

Winners are determined [by random draw / by ranking / by reaching the threshold] on [selection date]. They are notified by [email / in-app notification] within [X] days. If a winner does not respond within [X] days, the prize may be reassigned.

6) Prize

The prize is personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or anything else. The coach provided is an artificial intelligence (see the warning below).

7) Prize delivery

Access is activated on the winner's Gymbro account within [X] days of confirming their details. No physical item is shipped.

9) Personal data (GDPR)

Data collected for the Giveaway (identity, account, contact details) is processed by the Organizer, as data controller, solely to run the Giveaway and deliver prizes. It is kept for as long as necessary and then deleted. Under the GDPR and French data protection law, participants have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and portability, exercisable at contact@gymbroapp.eu. They may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (CNIL).

10) Liability

The Organizer cannot be held liable for network or hardware malfunctions, data loss, or any damage resulting from use of the prize or of the advice generated by the AI coach (see article 8). Its liability is strictly limited to delivering the prize at stake.

11) Changes & cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, or cancel the Giveaway in the event of force majeure or circumstances requiring it, without incurring liability. Any change will be reflected in an update to these rules.

12) Fraud

Any attempt at fraud (fake accounts, fictitious referrals, automation, multiple accounts) results in the participant's immediate exclusion and the cancellation of their winnings, without prejudice to any legal action.

13) Acceptance of the rules

Participating in the Giveaway implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules, available at any time at this address.

14) Governing law & disputes

These rules are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
